The world's first Michelin-starred taco stand (star lost in 2026)-four tacos, one grill, a standing counter. Since 1968, this 10-foot-wide taqueria in San Rafael has served four perfect tacos: Gaonera (thinly sliced beef filet seared with salt and lime), bistec, chuleta, and costilla, all on hand-pressed corn tortillas.
